Individual: Safety Sessions are designed to be completed at home or at work by individuals. The Safety Sessions are designed to take no longer than 90 minutes to complete. Once an individual registers to complete a mirco-learning, users receive log in details and a resource guilde to complete the micro learning. TheSafety Session micro-learning is completed through our learning management system. At the completion of the course, the learner receives a certificate and insights on their level of learning proficiency and learning unconscious/ subconscious biases. Each individual Safety Session is $275.00 inclusive of GST.
Learning Lab: Safety Sessions learning labs are designed for individuals to attend in a group setting. The Safety Session Learning Labs are designed to be a half day session, completed in person. Prior to the Learning Lab individuals are required to complete some pre engagement activities. During the Learning Lab individuals learn the content, undertake additional activities to improve their acumen in the selected topic and hear from a guest subject matter expert . At the completion of the Learning, Lab learners receive course content, resource guides, take away outcomes for learning activities, certificate and learning proficiency and learning unconscious/subconscious biases. Attendance at the Safety Session Learning Lab is $750.00 per person inclusive of GST and includes refreshments. A schedule of workshops dates and locations are listed within each topic page.
Businesses: Safety Sessions can be delivered at all workplace. Businesses wanting to up-skill their employees, a group of employees or a team on a specific topic can apply the Safety Session Learning Lab at their workplace. Learning Content, resource guides and workshop facilities are all adaptable to specific workplace requirements. As part of the workshop, business specific facilitations are conducted, for example, strategic road mapping, gap analysis, policy development, etc. At the completion of the Business Safety Session, businesses receive insights on their organisation’s learning proficiency and learning unconscious/subconscious biases, and the outcomes of the facilitation eg the strategic road map. All participants receive a certificate of completion. Costings provided upon enquiry.
