PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY
In Her Boots partnered with a prominent premium real estate agent and property management company with 35 offices and over 900 employees across Victoria, to develop a strategic approach to psychological safety. While Psychological Safety legislation is not yet enacted in Victoria, this proactive employer identified that psychological safety risks can exist in any workplace. In Her Boots partnered with the company to develop a strategic plan to manage psychological safety risks at the workplace. In Her Boots conducted a desktop review of corporate documentation in place, provided a specific educational and positive duties session of Board Members and Executive Leaders, and developed a three module educational program for all 900 employees. The educational program was developed specific to the workplace environment and included company specific scenarios.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
In Her Boots have partnered with Peregrine Industrial, to fulfill the role of stakeholder management for the construction of the 2024 Melbourne Formula Grand Prix. During this project In Her Boots and Peregrine Industrial engage with the Principal Contractor, Subcontractors, Safety Regulators and Unions to ensure the safe and harmonious construction and deconstruction of the spectator facilities.
STRATEGY
In Her Boots partnered with a Public Transportation company to design and develop an approach for a new safety management system for an upcoming significant large scale project. The project involves electrifying over 100 vehicles from diesel to electrical batteries. In Her Boots partnered with Operations, Human Resources, the Health and Safety team and vehicle providers to develop a project strategy, safety management system design and project plan in preparation for the upcoming project.
TECHNOLOGY
In Her Boots is currently collaborating with an Industry Professional Body to evaluate the integration of a Safety Chatbot into their operations. The Professional Body is looking to improve members and students access to health and safety information and safety content. In Her Boots and a large language model technology vendor are currently undertaking user testing to determine if the large language model is an effective and commercially viable solution. CAPABILITY
In Her Boots partnered with BuildUp Research to develop and deliver a safety mock court learning experience for a Civil and Construction Company. A mock court is an interactive and engaging simulation of a court proceeding. This is a creative approach to building capability on legal requirements, roles and responsibilities and the implementation of safety management systems. Utilising an actual incident that occurred on site, In Her Boots and BuildUp Research created a courtroom replica in the training environment. Training participants were assigned roles, such as the judge, witness, Court Officer, plaintiff, defense and jury. The simulation reviewed the incident, highlighted the practical and legal failing, non compliance to legislation and fines if the employer was prosecuted and found guilty. Mock Court simulations can be customised to a specific example or topic upon request.
TECHNOLOGY
In Her Boots is currently collaborating with a musculoskeletal risk analysis technology provider to develop enterprise change management processes and procedures. In addition to this, In Her Boots is providing change management advice and support for a large scale deployment (700 sites) the technology provider has for a government client.
